I spoke with the Office of Consumer Affairs for Equifax (Robin Holland) and they were very helpful in resolving my dispute. Does anyone know of similar contacts/departments within Experian and Trans Union? Any contact information (phone numbers or email/snail mail addresses) you can provide would be appreciated. Thanks in advance

Re: Ms Holland counterpart at Exp/T Robin Holland Vice President Equifax Office of Consumer Affairs NEW phone number: 770-375-2595 (old one now answered by a useless recording: 770-375-3114) Here's a picture of her: http://www.onlineathens.com/images/022302/id.jpg A quick Google search reveals that she often delivers lectures about identity theft. Here's the transcript of an FTC roundtable regarding identity theft in which she participated -- some good information here about how Equifax handles fraud claims: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/workshops/idtheft/transcripts/001023.htm Here's a link to a University of Georgia story regarding an appearance she made there (which was also the source of the photo): http://www.onlineathens.com/stories/022302/bus_0223020023.shtml Doc
