Re: Welcome to the club!! Thanks to everyone for your congrats! I have been holding my breathe for 3 months now. It feels GOOD! The place will be finished construction in 3 weeks. I am contemplating moving earlier.....SO EXCITED! I have a few questions but I will wait start another thread for that. IF I CAN GET A MORTGAGE WITH MY CREDIT, INQUIRIES AND WORK HISTORY.....ANYONE CAN. Just remember that newbies!!!! BTW: I got FHA I cant believe I will be a Jersey Girl again!
