Looking for a mtg company that pulls equifax, we are looking to prequalify soon and need some help equifax scores are 644/623 and experian well 623/630 not that those are accurate and don't know about tu? Any help would be appreciated thanks
Teresa, most mortgage companies are going to pull a 3 in 1. The only one I have ever heard of that doesn't is Countrywide, and they pull TU.
Mtg Co That Pulls Equifax/jlynn That is what I was afraid of, I have to dispute still on my TU report and I finally got mine from worthknowing, I can't get hubbies due to verification which is weird cause I am taking information from an old TU report. Well I guess I will just try and do my best looks like a couple were deleted from equifax because our score from them are now 644 hubbies and 623 min. which are the real scores correct? Experian still has until the 20th....then I will send out settlement letters, thanks good ness only a few....thanks
Mtg Co That Pulls Equifax/jlynn Jlynn is partilly correct Countrywide will work with you and pull the best report you have. For some reason, they only need to pull 1. That is not to say that each Countrywide office is the same and will pull only 1. My local office pulled only 1 and they asked me which one was the best. Since my TU was the best, they pulled my TU. My wife's equifax was her best and they pulled Equifax. They have only pulled one report and we got our letter of underwriting notice a few weeks ago. You may want to ask if your local Countrywide office will only pull 1 report. If they do, then your set Good luck!

I thought they were a last chance-type mortgage co? is it www.countrywide.com ? this is neat if true..I've got 1 report that is almost perfect. If they wont ever pull the other two I can probably get a home right now. is this right?

They do have some sort of subsidiary that is a subprime lender, but Countrywide home loans is definitely 100% grade A prime I would definitely try them and ask if they only pull 1 report. They only pulled 1 report for me and 1 for my wife. They pulled the report we asked them to pull. Try it! You may be surprised
Mtg Co That Pulls Equifax/jlynn Countrywide will pull all 3 if you're borderline. They are a prime lender. Not always the best rates, but the service is excellent, and they normally don't sell off the servicing of their loans. In most cases, you'll always make your check directly out to Countrywide every month, unlike many other lenders. Their sub-prime division is called Full Spectrum Lending. They'll approve anything as long as you have enough equity, down payment, and the stomach for the high rates. They will pull one at first, then will pull the other 2 after appraisal is complete. I used to work there ;-)
