Is there any information out there as to what is a permissable time frame between hard pulls on a CR? For instance a CA pulls a hard on 1/29 and then again on 2/11. Would the second be considered a non PP pull? I know it should, but was curious if there is any ammo (FTC letters, litigation, etc) I could include in a dispute letter regarding the inquiry being so close to the last inquiry. Thanks guys! 3day

Hi George! A notorious CA, big weenies-starts with an A, pulling their typical "you won't pay us so we are going to screw with you and pull a bunch of inq" . The pulls were 12 days apart. I feel that is a bit excessive. Is it something I could threaten to sue over? Thanks for your help! 3day
