I sent a written dispute about 2 weeks ago to Experian that had about 4 items I was disputing. I haven't heard anything back form them yet.

Can I go ahead and send in a new dispute on some other information (delte old addresses, late payment) or do I need to wait until I hear back on the prior one?

    Thanks

They have 30 days from their receipt of your communication to conduct a re-investigation. I would not send anything additional insofar as that will extend the aforesaid deadline to 45 days. They do have 45 days, however, if your re-investigation requests were premised off of a free report.

That can happen as Apex says, but its generally TU that pulls that bogus stunt.
