Well my first round of disputes went out to experian and here are the results of them. Paid Civil Judgement--Deleted Paid Civil Judgement--Deleted Paid Civil Judgement--Deleted Paid Civil Judgement--Deleted Collection Acct--Reviewed Collection Acct--Updated Same Acct Different Collection Company-- Updated Collection Acct--Deleted My second round went out to trans union Paid Civil Judgement--Deleted Paid Civil Judgement--Deleted Paid Civil Judgement--Updated Collections Acct--Deleted Collections Acct--Deleted I dont know about anyone else but I think that 9 out of 13 is pretty good for just 2 rounds!! I do have one question though..... after reading this board for quite some time now I thought that by disputing 2 accts that are the exact same accts that one of them would come off. One is the original creditor and the other one is the collection agency that they hired to collect the bill. That was on experian. Trans Union has a Collection of the Original Creditor then one of the collection agencies that they hired and then another collection agency that they hired. So I have 3 negatives for one bill. Please advise me on this. Casper72
Keep disputing it...It takes the stupids a little while to get off their butts and take at least one off.....same thing happened to me....you can do it
Should I dispute with the cra and see if they delete that way or should I send a validation letter? Should I include the original creditor in my disputes or just the latchkey creditors? Casper72
Casper72, Congratulations on all the good work, especially the deletion of the judgments. ?: Do you have a CRA that is local to you? If so, were the judgments deleted from that report? Reason I ask is that I live in Atlanta and Equifax is local here. Got the judgments deleted from TU and EX but EQ is tough (i guess because its only a 30 min drive to the courthouse if they wanted to check for themselves). Thanks
My equifax local in is Houston Texas and I live in Kansas. So that is my local. I have not yet tried the equifax dispute yet for the simple reason of having to write to them about my disputes. I like the net disputing on their websites (experian and trans union.) Equifax wont let me do that which I think is a bunch of crap. Casper72
