    Yet another reason to use Private Payments if you have Amex.

    MBNA offers a similar service.

    That's why I check my accounts online every day :). You should call immediately and declare it stolen. After that dispute the charge.
    Here it's good to have nice and professional CSRs. Citibank it's the best I've seen so far. Also it's good to have online fraud protection, some Platinum cards offer it (Citibank comes to my mind again, and also Cap One Platinum)
