Geez, just to think that Ive been building my credit up for around 3 years. First credit card in 1998. First loan in 1998. Then having some mis lates, charge off, settlements ect... Ive had a tough time teaching myself how to handle my finances. Then I took a year off with no credit. Now at 22 and ready to graduate from college and go on to higher learning, im proud of what ive accomplished with my finances.

    I have:

Providian Get Smart visa 1000 limit
    Capital one gold 4100 limit
    Citibank Plat select 5400 limit
    Discover Classic Student 1000 limit
    GM card 1405 limit
    Household gold 1500 limit
Cross Country Bank gold 300 limit
    Citi Illumina 4000 limit
    Citi AA silver 2000 limit
    Chase Student 500 limit

NY and CO charge 300 limit

    GMAC card loan 22000

    LOTS OF STUDENT LOANS!

Dont give up on your dreams!

Back in the good old days, people would show off their investment portfolios which, of course, represented actual assets. Nowadays we show off portfolios of other people's money which we have borrowed or have the privilege of borrowing. A sea change. Major corporations finally have us right where they want us. "What do you have in your wallet?" "Where do you want to go today?" "Who's your daddy?"
