I also wanted to add that on the photo-copy of the bill from the OC that the CA sent me, there was the following statement: Per your request, copy of the OC's bill. If you need a copy of your signature, will need to contact the OC due to the new law. They then list a contact name and a phone number. What is this "new law" they speak of? Is there anything I can use to my advantage here? Desparately seeking help,
