OK, Trans Union has been reporting my visa with my CU as late 3 times in the last 24 months. I dispute it they say it's verified. I dispute again and they say they will not verify further. I e-mail Richman at Tu and tell him the deal. He says he'll forward it to the correct depat. Today, I speak with the Cu and they advice that I have not been late and they have recently received from Trans Union 2 verification letters for only the last 12 months!! WTF? Why didn't they ask for the previous 24 months like they are reporting it. Here's my question.

My CU asked me what they need to send to them. I've heard of the "manual UDF" but I don't know what that is. Does someone know? My CU rep. said they sent the forms back to TU with a note stating that the account has never been late but that was just a note on the form, who knows if they will look/acknowledge it. Any advice here would be great. Thanks a million and a few FICO points!!!!

They need to send the UDF form which stands for Universal Data Form. This is what they use to manually update the cbr. Every creditor has this, they would know what it is.

Gave them the info. Hopefully they will forward a correct update. I'm going to call TU and ask why they only requested the previous 12 months instead of the entire time they are reporting, which is 24 months?
