    To whom it may concern,

I have been around and around with your company regarding the errors which I have.
And they continue to remain in my consumer credit report.

I am again noting that problems have been discovered and they continue to remain unresolved.
I don't know how to better state my problem nor do I know how to correct the errors.

The following accounts are needs to be reinvestigate

    1-CBC NATIONAL â??PAID in Full â??
2-FILENES â?? DATE OF LAST ACTIVITY SHOULD BE 3/93â?
3-LORD & TAYLOR â??BALANCE SHOULD BE 0 SINCE ALREADY PAID OFF
4- Kohlâ??s >>> THIS ACCOUNT NOT BELONG TO ME
5-NCO FINANCIAL â?? MUST BE REMOVE AFTER PAYMENT SETTLEMENT OFFER â??
6-FNANB VISA â??NEVER LATE ON PAYMENTSâ?
7-BEST BUY â??NEVER LATE ON PAYMENTSâ?
8-JC PENNEY â??PAID OFFâ? SHOULD BE 0 BALANCE
9- Civil judgement docket 98M1153469 PAID OFF 11/05/00
10-NBGL Carson â?? Paid Off â?? still showing balance .

Since you have not given me names of persons with their business addresses that you contacted for re-verification of the information, so that I could follow up as I requested,
I assume that you have not been able to verify the information I have disputed.

If this problem continues and I am forced to seek some form of professional assistance,
you have been forewarned of the harm, which this problem is causing me.

I shall assume that 30 days constitutes a "reasonable time" to complete these actions
unless you immediately notify me otherwise.

Send me an updated copy of my credit report with these items deleted.

    Thanks,

You will get further if you dispute 'ONE AT A TIME' or maybe two. Include a copy of your credit report showing the account that is in dispute.

    To be honest,

I dont like the letter Mil..Why dont you go to --

    http://www.qualitycreditrepair.com/book/contents.htm.

Download the freebook. And fill out the questionaire. Then you can find the form letters for investigation and followup verification processes. They make great guides.

    RE: My dispute letter >>

you know, I have had many folks give me the same advice about disputing one item at a time... it's never been a problem for me, I sometimes dispute five items at a time, and each are investigated. I find it saves a lot of time to do several at once (and saves money on the certified mail fees!!).

One suggestion, have you tried doing a dispute over the phone? For that I would do ONE AT A TIME but I've found if you're really nice and sound very confused they can be most helpful at the credit bureaus. If you call, make sure you get a confirmation number and the name of the rep...
