I pulled up my Equifax through Eloan. It is showing all of my disputes which is great!! Now hopefully it will fix them.

However, it is showing a few accounts as open that should be closed, and it is still showing that blasted attorney's account twice. One account. $2660 and $2659. One says RMA and the other says RMA Casper- Default. I think this is how they are slipping through.

I called RMA a few months back and they appologized and said that they would get the duplicate off my credit report ASAP. It's still there and I'd prefer not to call them again. Do I dispute again and write another letter to the CA??

And another thing that is bothering me is how they slipped in the word Default. It almost sounds like it's a judgement. Yet it's not and it shows 0 public records. I know most people would be smart enough to double check under public records but some might not.

    Any ideas??

I also just noticed that it is showing my credit card debt at 92% when it is really only at 83%. I know that could be just a reporting issue and when it updates it will likely show right. I'll just have to watch it.

Friendly bump... mostly curious about the use of the word default.
