    Hello all,

I am getting ready to send my first debt validation letter to a CA. Here are the facts:

    1. The debt is paid with a $0 balance.
    2. The debt is being reported by the CA as open on Equifax with a $246 balance and closed on Experian with a $246 balance.
    3. It is still being reported this way even though I disputed it with the CRA's.

So basically, I don't want my validation letter to tip them that the debt is paid. I want them to make a couple of violations that I have a paper trail proof of so I can use that as leverage to get them to delete the account off of my credit report.

So anyways, here is the letter - any suggestions would be greatly appreciated:

    Yeah,don't use it.
This letter intermingles the responsibilities of CAs and CRAs.

*This does not apply to the Ca.
