Sent val letter and estoppel to CA and of course have not heard a peep from them although they managed verify my chargeoff w/TU. Bastards.

The OC on this account has sent me three different letters telling me the acccount is not mine (that they can tell). How can it be in collections, then?

The other OC also validated my other huge chargeoff although not so much as a form letter to me. Have sent several letters.

TU also deleted three entries that I asked to be marked as never late--I prefer to leave them on the report than have them deleted though. Should I ask to have them reinserted (but as never-late)?

My lowest score is with TU (high 500s), but for some reason it shot up by 60 points this month. Could it be the lates (one for 30, one for 90+) being deleted?

    Hi
LOL I understand but my glue is on Experian...
Just a suggestion...have you tried sending TU a copy of the letter from the OC ? or to the CA ?
Personally I would bypass the CA since they wont respond unless ya want to sue them, and use your ammo on Tu. Obviously it can't be accurate info if the oc says its not yours...
    Any other thoughts guys ?

    Good Luck

Yes. I sent them the letters the OC sent me saying it's not mine.

TU said that "someone [at the OC] needs to get up off their desk, because they DO have the information that it's your account, they're just not telling you that."

    What the..?
