Disputed OSI collection for Heilig Meyers on EQ. Came back verified. Re-disputed after advising EQ that we had sent validation, estoppel and intent to sue with no response. It came today and shows pd in full with an R-5!! I want deletion! Should I just send eq copies of the letters? Thanks!
I say...Hell yes! If you have copies proving they could not validate, etc, then I sure would...that is, if it wont come back on you i.e. sol, etc. Do the math for them using your dola equation. Are you in CSC territory?
Thanks, Nik! I've got copies of letters and green cards. Sent first letter in december. Just got off the phone with EQ, and she said they reinvestigatedthe balance, which now shows 0. I want this off, cause it shows OSI.
