Please help! My dad called me today to relay a message from a person affiliated with Circuit City, stating it had to do with a bank account and kind of badgering my dad for my phone number. ( I have not lived "at home" since 1985, this account was opened 1999.) I only have a phone # and maybe a name. I want to notify them to C&D, ALMOST called to tell them to leave my parents alone, but realized that they would call then evrytime they wanted to contact me because their *!!@#$% tactic worked! Where do I get address etc to notify them to C&D?? Thanks, Joan
Have your parents send the C & D. I would either send it to the address on your statement for billing disputes, or call one of the CRA's reporting it and ask them what address they have.
