This is my credit report. There are a few mortgages that are listed that are in a "LLC"'s name, due to the current status of some of our apartments and PG's they are now on my credit report. Our buisness is getting back on track, and I can pay my home mortgage and get it current. What are my options to make this better? Have you seen Equifax take bad marks off if it "in your company's name", and not titled to the borrower? My Current Score is a 503 (was 700+) a year ago. Sterling is also a lease under my company, and showing.
