    Well, I took off my chicken suit and left Mr. Cooke a message in his voice mail. I advised him how to contact me and that I am very intrested in reaffirming my account. PRAY FOR ME!!!

    And oh yeah, that I've sent 2 PFBs since 10/31 and have not heard from their office.

    Nope, he's a Consumer Advocate with Cap1, but it's best to plead your case first via PFB.
