Howcome my Old Navy shows up as PAID ACCOUNT/ZERO BALANCE?

Also It looks like Old Navy and First USA and AT&T likes to look at my report, what is wrong with them!!

    1) Would you like them to show a balance? Have you paid them off completely? If yes, that's why...

    2) Because Old Navy and FUSA and ATT love you...Actually, all those listed on your report look to be promotional and are soft (does not hurt your score). Maybe they want to offer you more credit...?
