I disputed several items on dh's cr in December and I have the results! Trans Union..refused to dispute accusing us of using a CRO so dh is going to give them a call tomorrow (their 30 days are up!) to find out the status of the disputes and then they're going to get an ITS. Experian (623): Updated the Chase account to "discharged in Chapter 7/never late." We never filed Chapter 7 so here we go..on to round 2!! Updated the MBNA account to "discharged in through Chapter 7" Same as above! Verified a JC Penney account listed as a charge off as of 4/2003. This account was paid in August of 1999. So how can it be a charge off as of 4/2003?? How do I dispute this? Citifinancial is GONE. So there's on bit of success! The BK 13 is still there of course but it's listed as Claim amount-N/A and Liability amount-$0 How can you file bk with zero liabilities?? Equifax (633): 3 negatives GONE!! Chase is listed as discharged through bk 7, 11 or 12 which we never filed so on to round 2 with this! MBNA is listed as included in bk. How do I dispute this when it's listed correctly? It doesn't say which chapter of bk just says IIB. Associates is still listed as a charge off account with a balance of $1094. They were listed on our bk papers but chose not to participate so they didn't get any money. Can they list this account as a charge off? Bk is still there listed as Claim amount: N/A, Liability amount: N/A what does that mean and how to dispute this?? Well that's it. If anyone has any suggestions, feel free to add them! I can use all the help I can get. I feel like I have a LONG road ahead of me especially when I start tackling my reports! daisy
