My wife and I have different last names. Recently I was added as an additional user on one of her cards and my poor credit is now showing up on her file. Can this be easily deleted. Does the fact that she has added me give them the right to do this? Any help is appreciated.

Have her dispute it as "NOT MINE" with the CRA'S...

Is this routinely done when someone adds an additional user to their card? I know that it is not hers and she will of course dispute. My question is if it's a common practice.

    NOT ROUTINE!!!

One persons credit can NOT migrate to any another persons credit report...WITH ONE EXCEPTION...

MRS adds MR to the 90 day late SEARS card as a "JOINT"...then it will happen...

NEVER ADD ANYBODY AS A "JOINT" EVER, UNLESS IT IS PAID AS AGREED/NEVER LATE

Once again I am not sure whether you have answered my question. My wife added me as an additional user. Not a Mr. but a seperate last name. Is this a Joint?

"AU" is not the same as a "JOINT"

"AU" AUTHORIZED USER NO CONTRACTUAL RESPONSIBILITY
    "JOINT" WITH CONTRACTUAL RESPONSIBILITY

NO, NOBODY ELSE'S INFO CAN "MIGRATE" TO SOMEONE ELSE'S REPORT BEING AN "AU"

yes, AU is not joint..george is correct. Although some stupid creditors try to make it that way.
