Seems like deja vu again. Tried to order an Experian FICO report and the system froze up after I put my credit card info in. The result: no report and a $9.99 authorization on Paypal (still "pending" at this point). I sent off an email to them which they'll hopefully respond to come morning. Anyone else having problems?
