I know this is fair issaac's website, but how accurate are these scores. I've checked mine twice within thirty days and it hasn't moved...even though a LARGE loc was paid off by the time I pulled the second one. I would think that since my utilization went down by 15%, then a pretty good jump in my score would happen. Any thoughts?

Did you make sure that the big decrease actually showed up? Sometimes reporting is slow. It seems like they're especially slow to report things that might improve our scores--or maybe it's just that we notice it more.

A 15% decrease in utilization may only matter at certain points. For example, if you were at 25% and changed to 10%.

Also, as mentioned, it can be a while before the percentage is reported.

Another possibilities: since not all cards report the limit, it may not be reflected in your FICO.
