I am trying to deal with arbitration with NAF I filed for a request to refuse arbitration , they just ignord it. They are now trying to go ahead with discovery before the arbitration in 30 days . What can i do now, I sent a letter to the arbitrator to threaten him with a lawsuit, hopes this helps. My original balance was $1900 they are trying to get 6000, I call the attorney he said they will take $5,400. What a joke. What do I do from here?
