Okay, last month NAFS send a letter (their first) concerning a collection account they had recently purchased. I immediately mailed out a CMRRR validation letter and have not gotten a response. Last night, I was notified that a collection account has now been posted to Equifax. I sent in a dispute to them. My question is, what if it comes back verified to Equifax? Where do I go from there?
