640 sounds a little low...but you might try CITIBANK, AMEX, DISCOVERCARD, TARGET VISA, BANK of AMERICA, BANK ONE... Try one...see what happens... The 3 inquires MUST be over 6 months old...OR WAIT TILL THEY ARE or you probably will get DENIED FOR INQUIRES~~~YES denied for inquires is LEGAL!!!
