I just wanted to thank you both for taking the time to express your concerns over my family's ordeal. My sisiter in law was in one of the surrounding buildings near the WTC, she is pretty shook up but physically okay but not emotionally, the whole city was in chaos and she couldn't get in touch with anyone for quite some time.
