I posted a thread about a friends business debt, and got no response. Maybe I'll get lucky this thread. I have a friend that has a supplier who sent her account to NCO. NCO comingled her debt with that of another company. I know that business debt is treated differently than personal debt. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to handle business debt? I don't want to dispute the comingling of corporations at this point. I would just like to be sent in the right direction. Thanks in advance for any help. Charlie
