We're getting statements from AMEX AND calls from NCO to pay the same bill. NCO has never sent us a letter stating they are collecting this AMEX debt. So, do we request validation even though NCO has not sent a letter? And, if NCO is "collecting" this debt, why is AMEX still sending a monthly statement? Also, NCO calls several times a day every day. NCO has not reported to the CRA's. What's the best way to handle this? Many thanks...
