Anybody have any collections with this company? If so I have a number and address... And a women WHO WILL DELETE FOR PAYMENT! Mrs. Lisa Signore, VP of legal compliance.. #1-888-495-8352, her direct number, and voice mail. Her address is listed below(No P.O. Box Bull) Nco Financial Inc. Compliance Dept/Horsham 507 Prudential Road Horsham, PA 19044 She has deleted two negs off my sister-in-law's Credit Report with no hassel simply for half payments.... Hope this helps guys!
How old were the debts? When did they first go delinquent? Did you get the settlements for half payment confirmed in WRITING?
Hey Ontrack, it's been a while.... Not old debts, only couple of years for medical bills. Fist 30 day late payment(for both) 03-01-04. And she sent sister-in-law a letter confirming a deletion after payment of $500 for $1065(little under half). Also included that this was paid in full, and that she owed no other money to anybody,or OC. This women is more interested in the money then the tradeline. lots of lawsuits against Nco for aging old debts..Im sure your read it.
Really . . . I have a contact that results in deletion without any fashion of payment. His name is Michael Barrist and his office is at 907 Prudential Road. If you mention the fact that they're in violation of law they delete the account tradelines within two weeks if not sooner. You don't have to pay them unless you like throwing money away.
Apex, Know anybody at Professional Collectors, 3901 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, WV 26101? I have a $59 TL that stemmed from an internet service provider that I couldn't connect to and they continued to bill me. Back when I had 'principles', I didn't pay them "on the principle of the matter!". I've learned from Mel Gibson in the movie, The Patriot, "I don't have the luxury of principles, I have a family!" Anyway, I'd pay them the $59 now if they'd just delete it from my Credit Report. They're in your neck of the woods, any contacts? Thanks!
They typically do not verify any consumer dispute through the credit reporting agencies. If you wish to increase your chances, request validation although it is largely unnecessary in my opinion. Paul Blough is the President as per the WV SOS if you wish to address it to someone in specific.
I actually disputed the item with Experian in April/May 2005. They "verified" the item and it remained unchanged. I haven't really messed with it, but I guess I'm stuck either requesting validation or trying a PFD. I would dispute it again, but Experian doesn't let you re-dispute and item once it has been 'verified' (online, at least).
Try a request for validation. My bet is that they will remove it or fail to respond per a "written" dispute issued through Experian.
NCO is currently still reporting to Experian ONLY an old debt of mine from 1/2002 for $73 that I paid in full back in 2005. I've unsuccessfully attempted to fix this with the CRA and because I disputed it online, they are unwilling to remove or even update the acct to paid status and meanwhile it is NOT even being reported elsewhere. Any suggestions short of me getting my proof of payment from my credit union and forwarding all documentation directly to Experian??? Thanks in advance!
Bless you sir! (Or Madam, as the case may be). 18 month old utility collection coming off in a couple of days for me!
And when I say a couple of days, I mean EXACTLY a couple of days. It's gone from both CR's it was reported on as of this morning! FYI, if you are thinking of calling her regarding your NCO account, wait until next Tuesday. Then when you get in touch with her, ask her how she liked Puerto Rico, lol.
