I got 3 letters 3 days in a row from NCO for an ebay account which I know nothing about...all 3 letters say the exact same balance, but different account numbers.....

nowhere on the letters does it have the mini-miranda ....is this a violation per letter?
FDCPA 1692e art 801 (11) says it is...I just want to know if I got them.

    The letter only says :

Refusal to honor this debt within 5 days of the date of this letter will result in continued collection activity.

Tell me, violation or no? especially since they appear to have the same debt on 3 differnt acct numbers.

A wonderful violation...it is called "overshadowing".

Are any of the FDCPA required disclosures on the back of the letter? Is this the first letter(s) you have received about this?

1 violation or 3? b/c i have sued NCO in the past and settled...for other accts...so I have their general counsel's info...I might send them a letter demanding $1000.00 before I file suit..
