   my capital one account was charged off 2 years ago. the account is now in the hands of nco financial system. my initial c/l with cap1 was 200 dollars, NCO sends me a letter today for 1100 dollars. what options do i have for resolving this matter?hould i try dispution or pay for deletion? or should i just contact the cra's to dispute
