I sent NCO Financial Systems a DV letter by certified USPS (green card) mail. It was returned to me stamped "Return to Sender". I sent it to:

    NCO Financial Systems
    1740 Walton Rd.
    Blue Bell, PA 19422-2306

What should my next step be? Should I just send them another copy of the letter? Or can their refusal to accept my letter be grounds for deletion? Is that the proper address for NCO? It is the address listed on my credit report for them.

    Thanks...

    Deacon

fax them. you should be able to get their fax thru BBB. Also file a complaint with the BBB, FTC and the state AG about NCOs practices.

dont forget to save the CRRR letter sealed in case you take them to court. Then you can present it to the judge

    1*Wait 30 days
    2*send Estoppel
    3*send ITS after 15 days.
Important Don't open the letter they refused-
    don't tamper with this evidence ! !
