In a priior life I went by the designation gilliner. In this post Nave gave me a fax number that I used with success. Good luck with these bozos.
thanks.. I got the 610 foax number eventually. I have faxed the same "letter" to several other NCO offices... well at least to the places that has sent coorespondance to me.
