Thank you for all of your help with dealing with NCO. We sent out a CMRR DV letter a few weeks ago. I checked PG last night and the NCO account and all reference to it has fallen off of my DH's reports. My question though is, could it have been that easy, or will NCO switch tactics and raise its ugly head again? am
It can be that easy... I had them take a simple restating of 809(b) as a total C&D demand. So they can get scared fairly easily, especially if they find out that the OC doesn't have anything to support their alleged debt.
