Sent validation letter to NCO in March and received the green card back as received on 3/11. Never heard anything else until today....I probably should have sent the estoppel after 30 days, but they were not reporting to the CRA's, and as it turns out, this collection was deleted from 2 of the 3 CRA's when disputed. Today, I receive a thick letter with 6 months of photocopied statements and a "Dispute Form" to fill out (which I have no intention of doing) that asks......what would I like to see? For example, copy of original contract, copies of statements, itemized statement of balance due, name and address of original creditor, other........OBVIOUSLY, all of this and MORE was asked for in the original validation letter......next step is to send the estoppel right? Anything else other than that?

Yes send Estoppel. No, that is all you need to send for now.
