My father and I both have the same problem, but I don't want us both to write Robin Holland. He has three duplicate Medclr accounts that are supposed to come off in May 2002. Last month there were 2. The month before there were 1. This is only happening on EQ. My problem is that for SEVEN months now I have had only one Medclr listing, due to come off in 9/2003. I am in the midst of suing them. However, today there is a duplicate notation. Again, this is only happening on EQ. He and I each have a single (and redated by 3 years) notation on TU for these Medclr accounts. Does anyone know the name of another human at EQ that he can write to? We disputed them and they all remained.
