Want to sue Collection Agency (scavenger) for mutiple violations of FDCPA and fraudulent schemes. Any help you can give me will be appreciated. Thanks Again. P.S. I have been contacted by their lawyer.
I can refer you to Experian (Credit Data Southwests) attorney. Sure he may be THEIR atty, but he knows the laws and from my experience with him, he is a good lawyer. Let me know if interested.
Did you see if they are licensed to collect in AZ also? I found out that 2 of the CA's that have been harrassing me for money are not licensed with the AZ State Banking Commission...Can you say "totally busted"? ROFL! Here is the Banking Commission's site to check: http://www.azbanking.com/ Look under their link for licensing. Since they update their list of licensed CA's daily there is a very good chance that if you don't see the CA in there then you have them by the 'short and curlies'! Good luck! PS: If Christine suggests a good AZ based credit lawyer would you please post their name and number here too? I just may have a few CA violation cases of my own that I will finally pursue. Thanks!
