Ok, if I am understanding the information I have been reading about the OC. If, I disputed let's say some 30 day lates and item is not mine but, it still showed up on my credit report. Then I have a violation on them. Am I correct.
I'm not sure I'm understanding you . Are you saying that you disputed them as not yours, or they really aren't yours? The CRA is supposed to mark the item as in dispute, but they are not required to delete until after the 30 days, and they can't verify. HTH!
