I am looking at optima plat cause I know they will drop the rate to prime+4, are there any other companies with low apr no annual fee cards, visa, mastercard, amex or otherwise that you guys would recommend? (Cards that you can revolve balances fairly safely on, not MBNA or any rate jackers)
is BofA good about CLs and low rates? Do they lower the 9.90 fixed on the BofA platinum? I have a checking account through them which might hold some clout for getting approved?
