Anyone here know of a message board were they discuss the limits of getting a mortgage. Such as best rates. applying for one, specifics of what banks and mortgage companies require debt ratio wise.....STUFF LIKE THAT. If you know of one please post the url. I am planning on getting a mortgage in a year or so... or sooner and need to know just how much work I need to accomplish before I can start looking. Thanks! Judy
