Disputed 5 medical collections (all w/same CA) on EQ all but 2 fell off. Disputed with EX & TU and they were all verified. Sent DV letter (sent 4/23 - received 4/24)to CA after receiving green card back I disputed again with all 3 cra's. EQ came back updated to paid(I believe that is 2 violations since they do not show them in dispute), EXP came back as verified but no status, in dispute by consumer and TU came back verified on all 5 (does TU actually show in dispute if reported by CA?). Sent Estoppel letter on 6/2 and the post office has not returned the green card nor am I able to get delivery info from their system, the number says invalid. They told me that they can send a lost mail form to them asking if they actually received the letter and when. In the meantime, CA has sent copies of the medical bills from OC along with signatures. I know that this is not complete validation because the $$$ amounts they claim to be owed are different then what the balances are showing. My question is, what should my next step be, especially since I have not proof that they received my 2nd letter. Do I send it again or is there another letter that I should be sending. I believe that I have them on several violations, please tell me if I am correct or corret me if I am wrong: 2 violations - verfied & updated EQ to paid but don't show in dispute by consumer 5 violations - verified with TU but don't show in dispute by consumer 1 violation - 1 EXP account was initially verified and then changed to in dispute by consumer later I also believe that there are 4 more violations because they claim on EQ that 2 of the accounts are paid yet on TU & EXP they still show a balance on the same 2 accounts. Sorry to make this so long. I have been working hard to get DH's reports clean (these are only on his) and if we can get them removed we will be almost done. Thanks for any input. paw67
