I have 2 derogs ony CRA file where the creditor sold the account a long time ago but continues to report each month.

Is it any FCRA violation to report on an account the lender no longer owns? If so, any guidance on which section?

The hew owner of the account never posted into my CRA file, so I have no idea who it is. SOL on csuit has expired long ago.

Hmmm nothing jumps out at me. What kind of creditor OC or CA? Is it showing transferred or sold and a 0 balance? What are they reporting?

    OC - Sears - 2 accounts

Account 1: Opened 5-1997, Reported Since 4-1999; Date of Status 2-2003; last Reported 3-2003; balance $0; Purchased by another Lender, included in BK.

Account 2: Opened 1-1991; Reported Since 11-1993; Status Date 4-2003; Last Reported 6-2003; balance $0; Purchased by another Lender, Included in BK.

    The BK was discharged 7-2001.

I suspect I may have a re-aging on both accounts (look at Status Dates).

I have already dis[uted with CRA twice and Sears has verified twice. I realize that Sears would verify the Moon is made of Cream Cheese and the Earth is Flat.

P.S.: I am already suing Srears for an impermissible Pull of the CRA in October 2002.
