I need some advise on what to do next. A little background. I have a charge off in 2000 which was sold off to Asset Acceptance in which open a tl on experian in 2003. I have send many request for verification from Asset but of course they continue to ignore my demand. I took all the green and made copies and sent them to Experian asking to to delete the TL which Experian keeps coming back saying they verify it. I have a slew of paper trail showing that Asset did not reply to any of my request yet Experian will not delete the TL. Can anyone suggest what I should do next? Thanks
