If I never signed a contract, but I made payments or verbally agreed to make payments on an account validate the authenticity of that account??? Can a validation request be used to try to remove accounts of this nature??
You'd have to convice why you're paying on an account that isn't yours (i.e. doing a relative a favor). If you're not responsible, who is, and why are they letting you take the fall?
