I have documentary proof that Equifiction does NOT investigate consumer disputes - just marks them "verified" and that's that. I have a letter from Equifiction saying that Arrow Financial verified their trade line in my CRA file (in violation of a Settlement). Meanwhile I also have a letter frm Arrow saying Equifiction never contacted them for verification and in fact they filed a UDF requesting deletion of their Trade Line, which Equifiction ignored. Need name and phone number of an attorney willing to take on Equifiction's fraudulent "investigations"
