Hi everyone thanks for your help so far...just getting started here. I sent a validation letter to an OC and got back a letter saying they have not been able to validate the debt and will report it as disputed to the CRA ....I need an example letter to send to the OC demanding removal....I only sent one validation letter so far 30 days will be next week can I skip all of the subsequente val letters and just send a delete demand?

Yes Validation letters are not for OC's they are for CA. A little newbie paying attention and learning --How did I do?
