I am ready to file my small claims (on Friday) they keep verifying my Ford late pay even after I sent an 'official' FORD document saying I wasn't late. They verified 4 times BEFORE I sent the document and ONE time after they received the document. Should I sue for $5000 or $1000? And all I have is some underpaid losers name from CS that I can name, I also want to name the CEO. Does anyone have it? AND should I have it served to the Allen TX address or is there another address.
One last thing there are a couple more negs on there, but I only started with Ford, is it possible to say 'hey I'll drop the suit if you delete ALL negs' if so how do I properly word it.
I finally have those bastards right where I want them! Thank you all!

Small claims only goes up to a certain amount. Each jurisdiction has their own limit. So before you put a $ amount down, verify what that amount is.

John Peace sounds familiar. When I sent a letter thru PFB that's who it was addressed to.

Any corporation doing business in your state must have an authorized agent in your state to accept service of process. Call your state corporation commission or secretary of state and ask who the registered or authorized agent for experian is. Then you'll know where to send it.

Thats right... address it EXPERIAN C/O REGISTERED AGENCY COMPANY, LOCAL ADDRESS, CITY STATE ZIP

You do NOT have to name an individual, you can sue the COMPANY!

Ok i called the FTC today, they gave me the California address, I called my AG and they said to use the California address, I also complained to the BBB in Dallas. Tomorrow to the court house I go, any last suggestions? BTW, someone on another board mentioned I should fax the paperwork BEFORE I file (to EXP) and tell them I won't go thru with it if they delete all negative stuff, what do you all think?
    Thanks Kellie

I sent an offer to settle to with my lawsuit. Result: they completely ignored it until I got an atty. and they found out I was serious. But, I won't tell you not to, you never know.
Just out of curiosity, if they decide to fight and have it moved to federal court as they did to me, what will you do?
