Sorry about the confusion. I was speaking to your previous reference to faxing them on Monday and an update occurring on Wednesday.
The most recent fax number that I have for Experian is 972-390-3838. I had no problem with transmitting but I have no idea if they responded to my dispute. Hope this helps you out. What's so hard with displaying a phone number. We're all here to help and to learn.
A fax number for Experian??? Wow, are you sure it's them? Keep us posted as to whether or not they accepted the disputes...
Re: Re: Need fax #'s for the BIG THREE That's typical. We need some updated software around here that will allow you to search only titles or entire threads. If I search for something and someone has it in their signature, I get all that too. It's kinda hard to narrow things down and find useful information with searches on here. You can find useful info if you dig, but it does take a while at times.
Anyone have a recent number for TU? 714-447-6032 had no answer today and yesterday during regular business hours 610-546-4758 had no answer today at 11am (this is a Pennsylvania number). The other 610 number in the FAQ fails. For Equifax, the number in the FAQ works: 866-233-3777 And for Experian, someone posted this that works: 972-390-3838
TU worked! I guess even though its an East Coast number, maybe they don´t turn it on until their West Coast office opens (worked at 11am EST). So, working numbers for all three now are: TU: 610-546-4758 EQ: 866-233-3777 EX: 972-390-3838 jim
