Try 888-755-5856. That's customer service. Just hold through all the requests to punch in numbers and see if it doesn't forward to a CSR. Hope it helps.
Well.. I just got off the phone w/the new accounts dept. They told me that they needed a copy of my utitlity bill to prove my updated address. I'm going to mail that off in the morning. We will see what happens. Nana.. I'm sorry that you are having problems with them. If this makes you feel better...I really don't think I will use the card that much. I just need more credit reporting..... So I can sit back and let it age. Then....I can move on with bigger and better things.
